I thought that this was pretty crazy so I went to Time’s website and they do commonly have different articles they publish only in America then they do in the rest of the world. However, I don’t think it’s always to pamper Americans. If they do use an issue in the rest of the world, they will commonly recycle that issue in America at a later time.
